Supported Living

Your Home. Your Life. Your Choice.

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to live in a place they can call home, with the right support to live as independently as possible.

What is Supported Living?

Supported Living enables people to live in their own home, with their own tenancy, while receiving personalised support based on their assessed needs.

Some people may need support at particular times, while others may require 24-hour or higher levels of support. Whatever the level of need, support is built around the person, promoting independence, choice and control over everyday life.

A Place to Call Home

We provide comfortable, high-quality homes where people can feel safe, settled and part of their community.

We recognise that the right environment can make a real difference to a person's wellbeing and independence. Where needed, we consider sensory, physical, communication and safety needs and work with the person and professionals involved to identify appropriate adaptations and reasonable adjustments.

Where people share a home, compatibility is carefully considered to help create a positive and comfortable living environment.

Support Built Around the Person

We take time to understand each person's strengths, communication, routines, preferences, interests and goals.

Support may include developing everyday living skills, preparing meals, shopping, managing money, maintaining a home, accessing healthcare, building relationships and taking part in activities within the local community.

Our approach is about doing with people, rather than doing for them, building confidence, developing skills and enabling people to have greater choice and control over their everyday lives.

Independence & Community

A fulfilling life is about more than having a home.

We support people to build relationships, stay connected with family and friends, pursue their interests and access education, volunteering, employment and meaningful opportunities within their communities.

Progress looks different for everyone. We focus on each person's strengths and aspirations, supporting them to work towards the goals and outcomes that matter most to them.

Creating Momentum

Supported Living is about more than somewhere to live. It's about having the right support and opportunities to build a meaningful and fulfilling life.

We empower people to build confidence, develop independence and have greater choice and control over their lives, because every step forward matters.
